CEO
Martina leads Capio’s business strategy, partnerships, fundraising and go-to-market activities. She coordinates customer development and the transition from technological innovation to an industrially viable product.
Radan Pathan
R&D Leader
Radan leads research and development in artificial intelligence, computer vision and sensor fusion. He works on the perception, control and software architecture connecting Capio’s technology with industrial robotic platforms.
Niccolò Pagliarani
CTO
Niccolò is a bionics engineer with a PhD from the BioRobotics Institute of Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna. He leads product development, robotic manipulation and Capio’s technology roadmap, with a focus on soft grippers and fresh-food applications.

Scientific Advisor
Matteo supports Capio’s scientific and technological strategy, drawing on extensive experience in soft robotics, bioengineering and technology transfer. He advises the team on research direction and experimental validation.
